Because our products are ingestible supplements, we’re unable to accept returns—even if the packaging is unopened—but we want you to love KOA. If something’s not right, email us at support@koakids.com.au—we’re always here to help with a little extra kindness and a lot of fairness. 

Our monthly subscription takes the stress out of reordering. You get a 30-day supply + a reusable KOA vessel when you first sign up (if ordering a Pack or Starter Kit). After that, we send a low waste 30-day supply to your door each month (every 30 days) like clockwork. And guess what? You can start, pause, or cancel anytime up until 12 p.m. the day before your next order is processed with just a few, simple clicks. No stress. No guesswork. 

You’re in control—log in, click ‘manage your subscription’, and you can pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime (no lock-in contracts or secret handshakes).

You’ll be charged when you first order, then every 30 days after that. No surprise charges here – we will always send you a reminder email of an upcoming charge three days prior to charging your account and you can adjust the schedule anytime up until 12 p.m. the day before your next order is processed in your account. 

Lost your KOA bottle? No problem. Send us an email at support@koakids.com.au and we’ll help you out. Depending on the situation, a small fee may apply to cover the replacement vessel and shipping. We’ll always be upfront—and do our best to keep things easy and fair. (Just don’t let the kids turn it into a spaceship—it’s not a toy.)

They're designed for kids aged 2 and up, using clean ingredients chosen with care for growing bodies.
